I have everything apart but can't remove the inner tub because the trunion is rusted onto the metal part that holds the agitator. I've tried wd 40, a plastic mallet but nothing will free it up. Is this a lost cause and if these parts are that rusted, is it time for a new washer? It is leaking and its not any of the hose so I was assuming its the tub seal. thanks

My stackable washer dryer is approximately 17 years old. I am trying to remove the two bolts holding the trunnion, 131545101, that is extremely rusted and corroded. I have sprayed penetrating oil on the bolts and back plate many times, have let it soak for hours and the bolds still will not move. I would like to know you best suggestion on how to remove these bolts and or the trunnion itself. I have a leaking tub seal but other wise the washer works extremely well. In addition, I live on Social Security and a small pension and prefer to fix this machine rather then try to purchase another at significantly higher cost. Thank you for your time, Brian A. Clark

Washer Inner Tub is very wobbly/loose, I removed Agitator and the Trunion looks fine. Washer won't spin with medium/heavy load, motor pulley runs but Belt doesn't turn. However, transmission pulley turns freely both direction's and inner tub rotates when manually turning Transmission Pulley CCW. Therefore, what part would cause the inner tub to be wobbly/loose.

I have the trunnion off and am replacing the tub seal kit because the tub was leaking at the shaft. I was wondering about this replacement trunnion, does it have a sleeve pressed into it. I noticed on mine where the seal kit upper piece goes against the trunnion, the trunnion sleeve, which appears to be brass is sorta chipped. Will this need to be replaced also?

After receiving a second shipment, 2 holes supposed to hold a plate in place against transmission were still drilled way too large. I know that I ordered correct screws for them. Am I missing something? Any tricks to install? What are the chances that I received two defective parts? Please help. Thank you.
