I have removed the 5 bolts at the bottom of the inner tub and cannot remove the inner tub, am I missing something or should it be lifted out. I have a lot of remnants of a torn up rag which are clogging the pump and I would like to clean them out. Some of the remnants have passed through the inner tub.
Answer Glen, Once you've removed the agitator and tub cover, then removed the five(5) tub mount bolts to the trunnion, you should be able to lift the tub up and out of the assembly. Occasionally the spin basket will "take a set" and "stick" to the trunnion. If you can carefully heat the area with a hair dryer or heat gun, you should be able to "break" the tub loose and lift it out a lot easier.
What keeps the inner tub from spinning during agitating cycle?
Answer Hello Jdf. That is controlled by the transmission 134736400 in the unit.
How many cubic feet is this washer?
Answer Hello Renee. You will need to contact the manufacture for this information.
