The water dispenser on the freezer door drips. I assume some seal needs cleaned or replaced. Where is the seal? How do I get to it?

Answer Hello Jack! Have you recently replaced the water filter? If so, try dispensing about a gallon of water to help purge the water line of any air pockets which could cause the dispenser to leak. If it continues to leak you may have a defective water inlet valve, part number 242252702. Hope this helps, thanks!
As a follow-on to my last question, how do I "test" to see if the "damper" is closing or not?
Thank you!

Answer Hello Don. If you remove the damper, you can look and see if the door is broken. If it is good, turn the unit off for a few minutes and see if the door closes. Then turn the unit on and see if it opens. If not, you will need to test and see if there is power going to the damper motor. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps.http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
