If the problem is the valve and I order a new one, does it come with the fittings that will work with my existing hoses or will this be an additional part I will need to order along with the valve?

Water leaks (sprays) from compression fitting on the water inlet valve at the most-right connector in the first photo above. when I use the door water dispenser and possibly when the ice tray fills. I have tried tightning the nut on the end of the hose, but that didn't help. The hose end looks alright and there doesn't appear to be any cracks in the valve either. How do I determine if it is the hose, connector or valve that is the issue? Which direction does water flow through this ports on this valve? My valve has threads and the hoses have nuts, how do the fittings on the new valve work?

Water runs out of icemaker. Would that be from water valve not shuting off at the right time, and causing it to run over?

I replaced the valve and still no Ice. If I manually fill the Ice mold I do get ice to spit out. I removed the tube from valve to dispenser and was able to blow air through it. What's next?

The ice maker produces ice for a few cycles , then freezes and more water is added to the tray without dumping the existing ice. Eventually the machine goes into a defrost cycle and shuts down. I have replaced the ice maker itself, but the problem continues.

I've been having a slow leak from my water dispenser for a couple years now. Before and after replacing water filters. Would this part be the problem? Thanks
