When I use my water dispenser, water goes every were but in the glass. It is running down the freezer door and it takes a while for it to stop. What could it be. How can I take it apart and see if the hose is off or need to be replaced.

Answer Boo, Take out the drip tray and using a flat blade under the edge of the trim pop the trim loose. This will allow you to remove the dispenser display. Once you have the display off you will remove 4 screws holding the dispenser housing in place. Remove the dispenser housing to see the water line to be able to determine if it is damaged or not.

Answer Hello Redlady. Check and see if the hose on the unit is split or has come out of the holder in the dispenser. You can use a light and look up into the dispenser to check this out.

I changed the water filter and after I did water started to come out of the dispenser in a stream and it will not stop. the ice maker makes ice but will not dispense ice. I changed the water valve but it still does the same thing.What do I need to do to fix this.

Answer Hello Roger. Run about 2 gallons through the system to remove any air in the lines. If it continues, replace the filter head on the unit.

Answer Hello Ernest. These are had to do, but will go back into the hole. You will need to use needle nose pliers to work the hose into the hole on the unit.

I changed the filter and water leaks from the filter. When I push for water nothing comes out. What do you think might be the problem.

Answer Hello Dave, Sounds like the filter did not get pushed into place all the way. Make sure that the o ring is on the top part of the filter and push up into opening. Once it is in opening screw cap back on. If there is no o ring then you need to get o ring for the filter.

How do you replace water dispenser actuator. I do not have any screws on the front panel.

Answer Hello Kevin, To remove the dispenser cover you would need to take a standard screwdriver and look for 2 slots on the bottom of the cover. You slide the screwdriver in the slot and gently pry forward on the screwdriver and the front panel will pop off. Once you remove the cover then there are 4 screws holding the dispenser assembly in place. Remove those screws and you can access the dispenser levers. You may have to disconnect wire harness that is on left side.
