Ice maker would only dispense crushed ice so I replaced the solenoid. It is still not working. I tested wires to solenoid with a volt meter and no power. The light works. Could it be a board or the wire harness or something else?

Answer Meredith, If you had no voltage across the wires to the solenoid,when set for cubed ice and when you pressed the dispenser paddle, you want to start with the dispenser switch board 241708309, make sure you can feel the mini button under the cube selection press and release several times, and check the wiring for loose connections, especially at the freezer door hinge. If all's OK, replace the dispenser power board 241708102. Thanks
