Hi. I try to replace it but it has different set for the temperature switch . The old one has a clip pate . How do I do it?

Answer Hi Sam. Remove power. Remove the oven rack. Unbolt the bake element and unhook the wires. Reinstall the new element and pull out the unit. Remove the back and insure the wires are hooked tight. Then it is important to repack the insulation around the back of the oven cavity/ @ element exit holes. This will prevent any more heat escaping and burning of wires. Thank You.
