When I use my oven my cakes seem to still be runny (not done in the middle) even though I cook it the correct time I have also left them in longer hoping they would cook but they don't - the top of the cake gets too done and the inside still isn't done - I thought it was my element, but you can feel the heat on the element - any suggestions as to what is wrong?
