I have lights but no power to compressor. No voltage to compressor. I have 115V to mother board. 41volts to most of the pins on the board assembly encoder. Is the problem one of the boards or something else?

The evaporator keep freezing up and won't defrost. I have checked the defrost heater and defrost thermostat. Both units check continunity. I am wondering is this the board assembly encoder or mother board keeping it from defrosting? Is there a way to check either of these? Thanks, for your time.

The freezer will freeze and the fridge will get cool but it will not cycle back on until I leave the doors open for a min. I replaced the temp sensor and the defrost sensor but it is doing the same thing. I put an ice tray in it and with the doors open I will hear the compressor kick on and I shut the doors - about an hour later I will check and the ice trays and they are frozen - then I will check in about 3 hours and the ice trays are melted - I open the doors, it kicks on and yet freezes the ice trays again? Any idea of which part to replace next?

My freezer section has been getting really warm. Some days its cold and working fine but then the next day, it would be warm and ice would be melting. The coils do get cold but once it does ice up, it doesn't melt which causes the back panel to be covered in ice. I did replace the Defrost Heater few years back. Also the fan in the back of the freezer doesn't run most of the time and when it does, it doesn't blow much cold air.
