Recently bought a house. Washer dryer is included. In the GE washer, WHDSR315D5WW, the knob for "temperature" and "Load Size" were missing. After getting the knobs, I realized, even the switch, On which these knobs can be placed, is missing as well. Do I have to replace the complete board for those? Washer otherwise works fine. If I need to replace the board, what is the part number? Thanks.
Answer Hello Anil! No, you'll need to replace the switches themselves. The temperature switch is part number WH12X10498 and the water level size switch is part number WH12X10076. In the case you need it, the timer to select each setting is part number WH12X10254. Thanks!
Washer fill's with water, it washes and drains but does not rinse. Then it will not fill with water after that.
Answer Hello Rogelio. You will need to check and see if the cold water valve is bad and is not working on the unit. If so, it will cause the issue you are having with the unit. Make sure the screens are not clogged on the unit as well.
