Answer Hello Rogelio. You will need to check and see if the cold water valve is bad and is not working on the unit. If so, it will cause the issue you are having with the unit. Make sure the screens are not clogged on the unit as well.

My machine fills alright and drains alright but it will not agitate or spin. I have bypassed the lid switch and the inline fuse and have continuity from L1 and N to the motor. There is no power to the motor? I have replaced the main board with a new board and tried to get two other motors to spin on the floor that are not connected to the belt - they do not turn ? Suggestions please. Thanks, John

Answer Hello John. Here is the issue, as you know, loss of power. The only way to locate this issue is with a meter. You will go to where you have power and then trace until you find where you are losing power at. Then replace that part to repair the unit. It could be as simple as a bad or broken wire on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Hello John, We would not have instructions for removing knobs. The knobs would just pull straight off. The shaft would stay on the board.

When changing from wash cycle to spin, my machine makes a hard thumping noise. I took the front panel off and watched it during all of this. It tries to agitate and spin at the same time for a few seconds. Do I need a new control assembly or are there other problems?

Answer Hello, I found a service bulletin addressing the issue of agitation and spinning at the same time. It states to replace the mode shifter WH38X10017 and the motor WH20X10058. The motor has replacement recommendations determined by the part number listed on the old motor label. These part numbers seem to be the latest cross.
