When I replaced the defroster its just working for 5 days and it frosted again.
Answer Hello TI. You will need to check the heater, thermostat, and the timer on the unit. Any of the 3 parts can cause the problem you are having with the unit. Also, if your model uses a defrost thermistor, you will need to check it as well. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
How do I test part to see if it is defective?
Answer Hello Tony. Sorry, the manufacturer does not offer the instructions on testing this part. If we knew the issue you had and your model number, we may be able to help you find the problem with the unit. Thanks.
Ice build up in freezer, freezes food at the bottom of fridge about 6-10 days after each repair.
Replaced: defrost thermostat, thermistor, freezer fan, damper, main control board. Still freezes food. What could it be?
Answer Drago, You've covered everything except the defrost heater and thermostat WR51X10101 WR51X10101, or did you forget to mention those. You may have a loose connection in the wiring, or a weak spot in the heater element that opens when trying to carry the voltage and heat.
