Answer Hi Jim. The electronic display board on the top of the inside cabinet is part # WR55X10556. Carefully look over all the connections to see if you may have something mis-pinned or not fully connected. Make sure all wires are not pinched. Examine the ribbon cable to see if it is fully inserted or cracked. Look at the board to see if it is properly mounted. Look at the trace circuits with a magnifying glass to see if the circuit traces are open. Toggle the door switch part # WR23X10530 to see if it is stuck in the open position not allowing the display board to show or the lights to work. Thank You.

Answer Hello Derek. Look at the back wall inside your freezer. If you have snow build up on it or ice, you definately have a defrost issue. You will want to make sure the defrost components are functioning properly. The defrost thermostat should read close and your heating element will give you a resistance reading. If your thermostat and element are okay, you could have a defective main control WR55X10942. Answer Hello Johnathon. Yes, if your talking about 30 volts DC. This is a low voltage DC powered board. If there is DC power there, but no lights, you will need to replace the board. Hope this helps.
