The led light panel on top is not working. All other lights are. How can I troubleshoot the led panel to see if this is what needs replacement.
You will want to locate the 50va transformer which is located in a box underneath the unit. Test from black to white on the transformer to make sure that it has 120 vac coming to it. Then you will test the 2 black wires on the other side for between 27 and 50 vac. If there is not 120 vac coming into the transformer then you will need to test the door switch if there is 120 vac but not the 27 to 50 vac then the transformer is faulty and would need to be replaced. The transformer part number is WR62X22863. If the transformer has proper voltage on both sides then test the power supply board located next to the main control board at the top of the unit to make sure that there is 27 to 50 vac getting to it. You would test this on the blue to black wire. If there is power at that location then test from Red to black and check for 25-30 Vdc output. If there is between 27 and 50 Vac coming into the board but not 25 to 30 VDC coming out then the power board WR23X10622 would be the issue. If there is not 27 to 50 vac coming to the board then the issue will be the fuse that is located near the transformers which is part number WR55X10766. If there is 25 to 30 vdc coming out of the power board then you will want to access the light assembly and make sure that from black to red there is 25 to 30vdc coming to it. If there is then the led control board is faulty and would need to be replaced. The part number for the LED board is WR55X11007.
