I am trying to replace a burner valve on my XL44 stove. The extension on the burner valve came off. The burner valve has is for the left front burner, 2nd knob in from left. Th valve is marked 1/2 psi, 1836, 9524-2B, 205C20. Please help me identify the correct part.

My burner valve is 180 degrees out of synch with the ignition. Normally when you push in and turn just a little, you hear the popping from the spark plugs. In this case, I have to turn the gas about halfway on before I hear the ignition. Is the burner part # WB21K40 what I need to replace? How does the burner cause the igniter to turn on? Or is there another part that I need? Thanks

I need to remove the burner valve part WB21K12. There is a screw holing it in place which goes into part 14(Gas burner diagram). There is a small very thin rubber washer on the screw. The screw and washer do not have a part number. The washer is riped. Looks like this may keep the gas from escaping. Is this a special washer. Where can I get one, whats the part #. Its very thin and looks likes it rubber. It does not come with the burner valve.

Answer Hello William, Based on your description you are referring to the screw that is on the opposite end of the valve shaft. If this is the case then the thin washer that you are looking at is actually teflon tape that is used on the threads of the screw in order to screw to the manifold.

Answer Gwen, You will need to visually check the igniter, to see if it is cracked or broken. If all appears OK, you'll need to get access to a multimeter TJMA-DMT3 and check the igniter WB13K21 for a "closed" circuit. Disconnect the igniter wires from the chassis harness and check for 120 VAC across the wires in a bake selection to see that we're getting voltage from the ERC/Clock. My stove is gas. When you turn the knob (both the right front and right rear) to ignite the burner it just clicks but won't ignite. Also the knob turns completely around past off. Which parts do I need to replace?

Hello, I ended up breaking off the far left knob somehow in a move. The metal piece the knob fits on broke after being bent. I was able to remove the burner valve, which exact model fits the far left knob? I think it may be front left burner. Thank you.

For the right rear burner valve use part number WB21K21, for the left front and left rear burner valves use part number WB21K20, and for the right front burner valve use part number WB21K12.
