Gwen for Model Number GE XL 44
Answer Gwen, You will need to visually check the igniter, to see if it is cracked or broken. If all appears OK, you'll need to get access to a multimeter TJMA-DMT3 and check the igniter WB13K21 for a "closed" circuit. Disconnect the igniter wires from the chassis harness and check for 120 VAC across the wires in a bake selection to see that we're getting voltage from the ERC/Clock. Here's some meter usage information should you need it :[http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html] And you'll need a proper model number off the serial plate when you order any parts if needed. Good Luck and Thanks
Hello, I ended up breaking off the far left knob somehow in a move. The metal piece the knob fits on broke after being bent. I was able to remove the burner valve, which exact model fits the far left knob? I think it may be front left burner. Thank you.
Sam H. for Model Number RGB745WEA6WW
Answer Hello Sam! If you are needing the knob you will need to use part number WB03K10051. For the right rear burner valve use part number WB21K21, for the left front and left rear burner valves use part number WB21K20, and for the right front burner valve use part number WB21K12. Hope this helps you determine the part numbers needed. Thanks!
