The rear left burner (medium) does not ignite even with fire stick. Makes sound but hesitates to ignite. I have cleaned it but it still does not work. All other burners are OK. What should be done?
Answer Prose, You'll need to check or replace the burner valve WB21K20(example only). The internal components could be clogged with debris, or the internal components have come loose from the valve stem, and no gas is being supplied to the burner. You'll need to get the model number from the serial tag in order to get the proper valve.
My stove burner base is medium power which is 9500btu. Can I get a higher power base ?
Answer Hello Billy! Unfortunately, we can only suggest the original parts listed for your model supplied by the manufacturer. Sorry about that!
I have problem with large burner lighting. It sparks fine. Everything is clean. The other 3 light fine. Once the large one light it has good blue flame. Any suggestions?
Answer Hello Mike. The only things that can cause this is the burner being dirty or the burner cap. Try cleaning the bottom of the cap with a wire brush. We need a good grounding point for the spark to lite the gas.
