The compressor is hot and makes loud clicking noise for 5-10 minutes once in a while. Everything else seems to be working fine. I suspect the capacitor is bad. Any other suggestions?

I would like to know where capacitor wr62x80 is located, and wondering is this part can cause compressor to run hot? Our street had a power outage and now freezer temp is slowly rising and compressor is running hot, fridge is working fine though
