Answer Hi Janet. You will need to take note of the inner door latch spring and mark it down (or take a picture). Then as you reinstall it, it will go back correctly. Behind the door latch assy. part # WB10X10021, you will be able to get to the bottom handle screw. The handle is part # WB15X10082. Thank You.

Answer Hello, you will want to be careful and pry this out with a flat blade or butter knife. It is held in with tabs, hope this helps!
