My washer does not spin. The motor looks running. But clutch assembly and motor does not strongly attached. The clutch assembly so loosely connected to the motor. Is it OK?
Joon for Model Number GE washer WCSE3100
Answer Joon, The clutch assembly could seem loose, especially in a static, non run situation, but it should not "wobble" on the motor shaft. The clutch pads engage the the cluch housing, which turns the belt, based on the motor rpm, You could have a "slipping" clutch WH5X256 and or a worn belt WH1X2026 which could be the issue with a poor or no spin situation in your washer.
