I have a GE Profile Top Load washer... i noticed some water on the floor during a wash cycle.. I torn the machine down and ran it without the front panel attached.. i saw water coming from the over flow tube.. i also noticed the inner tub turning during agitation. my question.. Is this normal.. I was told that my Transmission was bad however i dont see a transmission on this model... I am unable to locate a model number.. any advice?

When it's in wash cycle the agaitator don't move makes little noise would it be clutch or transmission.

My washer doesn't spin all the water out of the clothes. I tightened the belt and it worked for a while but now it is doing the same and the belt seems to be tight enough.
