Thank you for your answer, which of course led to another three questions. Could their malfunctioning prevent the compressor from coming on? Is there any way to test them? Or, do we just have to replace all of them, and hope for the best?
Answer Susan, Yes, anyone of these components could cause your issue. Normally you would want to circuit and voltage test the circuits and the compressor. Do you have a multimeter to test the components with TJMA-DMT3 . You may want to review some of the posts on the APP Repair Forum and enter your question there. we can be more helpful and assist you better from there. Good Luck and Thanks
I have searched everywhere I can think of and just cannot find where the Cold Control Thermostat is on my refrigerator. Everything I have done or tried to do or read keeps coming back to my needing to check it. Where is it??
Answer Hello, your unit does not have cold control thermostat. Your unit actually uses thermistors WR55X10025 to sense the temperature. You can locate these behind a little grill assembly on the right or left wall within the fresh food or freezer cabinet. Thanks!
