Yes. A little while ago I ordered a pump connector for this model. It said part no longer available, so I did the cross reference box. It came back saying a part was compatible for that model number, so I ordered it. When it came it was not compatible because it had female threads not male. I have not responded sooner because of a lot of personal issues at that time. What should I do? I cannot use this part and I wish not to have to pay for it. Thank You.
Answer Hello Daryl,
I'm sorry but the compatibility tool on our site is still in work and does not properly recognize the model/part numbers at this time and should be disregarded. As long as you ordered the part less than 365 days ago you can call in for a return authorization. Please note that the model and serial number of the unit will be required and the shipping is not refundable. Also be aware that this part has been discontinued by the manufacturer and no satisfactory substitutions have been provided.
I need the quick coupler to connect the dishwasher to our sink faucet. What will it look like?
Thank you for your help.
The repair kit for the coupler assembly is part number WD35M27 and if your are needing the complete coupler assembly it is part number WD35X194.
I'm replacing the pump connect (male) and was wondering if teflon sealant could be used on the threads to spray arm and between pump connect and dishwasher tub.
Answer Mike, You could use Teflon tape on the threads, but not on the tub or pump fitting areas. You'd create a leak instead of eliminating it. You don't really need it on the threaded fitting, so it could be a waste. Thanks
