Similar question to the other person, START button will not work. I dont have tools to run a diagnostic test have no idea if it is lid switch. Not sure how old this unit is but if I need to replace the board, doesnt seem worth it to have expensive repair. Thanks
Unfortunately we cannot diagnose the unit, but can give you suggestions on what parts could be the issue and how to test them. In order to find out what exactly is going on with the unit you will need to have the proper tools to test the lid switch and to check to see if the control board is getting power and make sure that the start button is not broken. Also if the unit is not filling then check for clogged water valve.
