Answer Hi John. Can you access the Lid switch and bypass it? This part # is WH12X10141. If the washer does not have lid closed it will not start. Can you access the Back of the control panel to see if there is a tech. sheet that will allow you to put the machine in a field test? this will pinpoint the area in which a problem likely exist. If the pressure switch is not satisfied(fully Drained) then it will not allow run either. Let us Know if we can assist further. Thank you.
