This is my sister's washer. The washer now will not spin. it first stopped spinning while in the easy care cycle about 6 months ago, so she started using the cotton cycle which as of today wont spin. It does spin while in the delicate cycle. Is this a control assy problem?

Hi, washer fills water (hot and cold), washes ok on all cycles, then drains without spinning on all cycles. If I go to spin cycle manually it spins fine. Panel control problem ? Bert

I am having a problem with starting the washer on certain wash cycles (pushing the start button to begin the fill cycle but washer stops responding). If the wash cycle selector switch is moved to a different position the washer may start and complete the wash cycle. There are only a couple of wash cycles the washer will actually complete a full wash cycle. Any thoughts? Could this part fix the problem?
