My cooktop is working great, but when I go to use the oven, I set the oven and press start and nothing happens and a minute later the display starting indicating to press start. The button doesn't seem to respond. Is this the fault of the button or control panel?

The issue here is the touchpad. Before you order anything, turn off the power to the unit and open the back of the control panel. Remove the ribbon cable from the touchpad and use a pencil eraser to clean the connections. To do this properly, you need to rub the traces on the ribbon cable in the same direction as they run. If you rub in another direction, it will destroy the ribbon cable and cannot be used again. If this doesn't correct the issue, you will need to order a WB57K10033.
