My oven will only ignite while in clean mode. When in clean mode I get 120v. from the neutral to the broil terminal. If I turn the dial to either broil or bake the clean light just flashes and there is no voltage at either terminal. Is this a control board problem or is there another condition that could cause this problem. Thanks Jim

I would like to receive from you the information on how to connect the control clock cables according to their color because I misplaced the order of cables. To the oven sensor (part # AP 2023670) it needs to have six cables conected two long ones ( Black and white color that are coming from the group of the control clock) with its own metal fittings they are different than the other four fittigns. The other four cables they are yellow, red, blue and black two of these will be connected to the two fittings on the righ of the oven sensor, and the other two will be conected to the center of the sensor, and these sets of two are separated by a " S" shaped plastic. About the control clock ( part # AP3772909) it has four cables to be connected from a group of six (these is a group of cables that two long ones wiil be connected to the oven sensor) the remaining four are yellow, blue, red, white , and they will be connected to the four set of metal fiitings that are marked or labeled (Line, Broil, Bake, and AC N or RLY 101

Our Spectra Gas range is working fine except for the oven. It is 50 degrees to low. You set it at 350 it comes up to 300. 400 is 350. You get the idea. I have replaced the temp probe inside the oven and it is still 50 off. What next?

I have an oven that occasionally ignites when it is the dial is turned to the desired temperature. Sometimes the igniter glows but the oven will not actually ignite until I turn on a range burner. What should I be replacing? Sometimes when the oven comes up to temperature and the flames go out it will not re-ignite when the oven cools and it needs to maintain temperature.
