Hello, My oven turns on and works for about 15 minutes, it then shuts off and the door motor starts to lock and unlock the door. No code appears on the display. The door locking mechanism eventually stops (after oven cools) and I can use the oven again for another 15 minutes before it all starts again. Any suggestions? Thank you

My GE wall oven (Model# J TP20B0F1BB) no longer has a "bake" function. Everything except bake works on the front panel. I don't know if I should start with the Control Panel Asm or the Control Module that is attached to the back of it. We hardly ever used broil and it works fine. The bake button was heavily used and now pressing it doesn't activate anything. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Good Day, I have a JTP20BF7BB oven. Recently it stopped working and was displaying an F7 error (function error code). A technician removed the entire front part and said it needed replacing. The dilemma I have now is that I see the entire front panel is sold in 2 separate parts: Control Panel ASM (p/n WB36T10550) and Oven Control (p/n AP3205919). Do you have any advice which part may be wiser to purchase first as I would not want to buy either part unnecessarily. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
