Control panel WB07X10972 has rubber gromets that fit between the plastic buttons and the key module part number WB27X10725. Without them, the buttons are misaligned and don't push in properly. I cannot find them on any parts breakdown. Do you have any idea what the part number would be? Thanks

The glass in the control panel is broken. Can you replace that alone?

Latest Questions

My problem is similar to others here. The keypad has stopped responding (the soft touch keys). The display lights up and shows the clock (which stays stuck at the same time) after recycling the power, but the keys just simply do not respond. If I replace the sub assembly, part #WB07X10972, will I need additional parts as well or should this be sufficient?

I'm sorry I gave you an incorrect model number for this question. The correct model number is: JVM2070SK02 The 3 buttons on the control panel have pushed into the unit and dropped out of sight below their holes. I'm referring to the plastic buttons. The control panel itself is fine. This is a mechanical failure of the buttons or whatever holds them in place. I have not removed the control panel to investigate further. I don't want to go to the expense of replacing the entire panel--an expensive part. Hope I've explained the problem clearly and that you can help.
