The panel (key pad) is not working.
Answer Hi Leonel. The keypad part # WB07X11012 is not difficult to replace. Remove power. Remove 3-top - or- front screws holding the upper grill in. Remove grill assy. Remove the upper control panel (3" x 4") metal access cover. This gives access to the upper control panel Phillip screw. Remove this screw. Lift up 1/8" on the front sides of the panel. Pull out towards you. The wires will be hooked to the rear of the control board. Make note of the wire connections before removing them. The control board to keypad ribbon cable needs to be removed. Then you will un hook the green ground safety wire and screw. Screw the control board off the back of the key pad assy. Reassemble in reverse. Part # is WB07X11012. Thank you.
