THE FREEZER IS COOLING BUT MY FRIDGE IS WARM. I JUST REPLACED THE CONTROL DEFROST PART# WR9X565. DO YOU THINK THE NEXT PART TO REPLACE WOULD BE THE CONTROL TEMP?
Answer Tracy, First check the freezer back wall for a heavy frost or ice build up. This would indicate a defrost issue. If the evaporator fan is running properly and there's no frost/ice on the wall you should feel the air blowing towards you when you open the freezer door. If all's OK, you want to remove the control panel in the fridge section ceiling and check the air damperWR02X10723 ,damper wheel WR02X11583 damper shaft WR02X10727 , knob and spring WR02X11861 and make sure all those components are not stuck, cracked or broken and restricting the air flow to the fridge compartment. Good Luck and Thanks
