My Hotpoint fridge parts list calls for a WR9X511 temp control while your parts list calls for a WR9X570. Can I use either one? The WR9X511 costs $24 more than the WR9X570.

The correct part number for the model number you posted is the WR9X570. I'm not really sure where the other part number came from unless it's the old original part number before the number crossed. This one will work. I looked it up through four different resources.
Both sides are warm on top, cold at the bottom. Replaced the defrost heaters, but this didn't solve the problem. Any suggestions?

Answer Hello Don. It sounds like the evaporator fan motor WR60X10008 is bad and not working properly in the unit. You will need to check and see if the fan motor is running properly in the unit.
