I have the part number to convert this free standing gas range to propane. Do these go on the burners or at the bottom of the stove.
Answer Hello Margret,
These are the orifices for the surface burners. Be sure to match the sizes with the BTU of the burner it is installed into.
I have a Hotpoint natural gas range that I would like to convert to propane. Model # is RGB745WEA2WW. Can you please tell me how and what conversion kit to purchase? Thanks.
Answer Wayne, you'll need to order conversion kit part number WB28K10043 to convert your appliance to LP. Flip the pin on the regulator and adjust the oven orifices. You will need to bottom the orifice out and come back up one and a half turns. Adjust the burner flame until it is blue. Thanks.
Is there a secret place where orifices are stored?
Answer Mary, you'll need to lift the cooktop up to gain access to the orifices. The orifices are in the middle of the brackets on the orifice holders. The conversion kit will come with further installation instructions. Thanks.
