Freezing on Fresh food section. The new service Kit Electronic Item 421 and Main circuit board was replaced by a technician but the fresh food section is still freezing. The technician however did not cut the wires as instructed in the installation instruction of the new Main circuit board. The old service Electronic kit was replaced because there is no digital reading completely on the control and the new kit instruction is to replace the old Main circuit board with the new one. The temperature setting is set to 45 deg. on the new installed kit but the reading inside goes down to 25 deg. Is the problem caused by not cutting the wires on the new Main circuit board as instructed or there are other parts not functioning.

Fresh food freezes. Refrigerator temperature control has continuity in the cold position. Damper control door does not close completely; i.e., it closes about 7/8th of the way. Air flow from the damper window is contunuous. Is the fan part of the damper control and is it suppose to stop the fan when the refrigerator-set temperature is reached? Damper part number is WR09X10002.
