I forgot to label the wires which attach to the wax motor on the soap dispenser. How can I figure out which wire goes to which side of the motor? Also tried switching wires too, but the soap door doesn't open. Motor still shows a closed circuit with an ohmmeter. Does this mean I also need a new control board?

Hi, The detergent door latch snapped off on a dish washer that is only 3 years old and used sparingly (one of two in a church kitchen). It looks as though we have to buy the whole part number AP3767572 to get the door only. I believe this part was poorly designed for this latch to snap off with such little use. Dale K.

The soap quit dispensing from the container on the door. The detergent dispenser door is open. When I open the dishwasher after the cycle, but you can see all the soap has just run down the door. The dishes are spotty and have chunks of undissolved detergent on them. How do I know if it is a power issue or I need to replace the dispenser? Thank you.
