Is this the part I need to fix a "stuck" water dispenser cradle issue? Once pushed to dispense, it does not spring back even when the glass is removed.

You could use the spring WR2X3951 or the spring sleeve WR2X4822, but I have found that the whole issue isn't a failed part. You see, when ice is dispensed into a drink, the drink splatters up into the dispensers' mechanical and electrical components. If the unit is still dispensing, you can probably tear it down and wash the "sticky" off of the individual parts and reassemble. This usually clears the issue. To prevent the recurrence of the issue, instruct everyone that uses the dispense to dispense the ice into an empty glass, Then add the drink. If you have a drink in a glass already, dispense the ice into an empty glass or cup then add it to the drink.
