Answer Hi Jeanette. You can cancel the cycle or just press drain and it should automatically go into a 2-min. drain. There is a tech. sheet in the lower kick plate that will allow a field service test to individually test each device and it will direct you in the circuit of a fault code if one persist. If not then check the drain hose at the sink and also the sink connection to see if it is clogged or the pump. Use either Glisten cleaner monthly part # TJ129, or Dishwasher Magic part # TJ104 monthly to keep proper performance up. Make sure the water is run hot during loading and the incoming temperature is at least 120 °. Remove the wash arms and use a pick tool under the sink to flush out any debris stuck in the jet holes. Answer Moose, Have you checked and flushed the detergent dispenser, per the owners manual ? You should try that first " Consumer Purge Cycle The consumer must enter Service Mode to activate the purge cycle. The purge cycle fi lls the dishwasher for 57 seconds, then energizes the dispenser pump (instead of the main motor) continuously to drain the bulk dispenser tank . The purge cycle deselects all other options and runs for 65 minutes. The consumer should run the purge cycle 3 times, filling the dispenser tank with water for the second and third cycles. Total time is approximately 3 hours." A clogged dispenser is more common than a bad motor, or control issue. Good Luck and Thanks

Answer Hi Kim. The dispenser part # is WD12X10163. It includes the cap. This is the one that is mid way onh the left side of the inner panel. The one opposite on the rt. side is part # WD12X10384. There is a Detergent bottle kit that is with your model also, this is part # WD35X10065. Suggestion is to take the inner door panel screws off and lift he door to inspect which part/s are defective. Answer A couple of suggestions Wayne, the most likely thing would be your dispenser motor. There is a chance it could be your control board or turbidity sensor. Thanks!
