Our washer started cycling through the various cycles and now it has eventually frozen up and we cannot change the controls. My question is, do I need to replace the control modual, or the control panel?

Answer Hello Chris. Unplug panel from board. If the issue goes away, replace the control panel. If it continues, replace the board in the unit. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the panel is the issue.
