Answer Hello Kevin. You will need to remove the sides of the unit and check and see if the springs WB9K4 haver come off the unit, or if the hinges WB10K12 are not installed properly for the springs to work on the unit. Hope this helps.
The oven door doesnt close completely from one side. I think it might be the hinge.I managed to remove the door but couldnt figure out how to extract the hinge. It seems like there's a spring attached to the end. Could you guide me on how to remove the hinge?
Answer Hi Frank. Open the door fully. Then from the inside of the door hinge side area is a hole where you insert a steel pin to momentarily lock the hinge. Do both sides, you may have to use nails or a pick tool. Then lift up on the door and slide the hinge off of the inner door panel(pocket). With the door removed the outer half of the hinge will be sticking out of the front of the cavity frame. Then you remove each hinge upper and lower screw. You may have to remove the sides themselves to access the inner cavity hinge receiver. Reassemble in reverse steps. Just remember to use vise grips and 2- more nails to lock the new hinges and when the door is in place on the hinge indention's to the frame area to remove the pins before lifting the door.
