Answer Sandra, There are no screws around the seal. It is a "friction" fit. "The door gasket is held in a retainer channelPull the old gasket out of the channel. Soak the new gasket in warm water to make it more pliable. Using the back of a teaspoon, push the barbed edge of the gasket into the retaining channel." Answer Hello Sandra. You will need to remove the screws around the gasket and remove the gasket and retainer strips. Once removed, the inner door panel WR77X652 will come out. Reinstall in reverse order. Hope this helps.
