I hit the self cleaning button accidently when the door was open and now I can't get the latch to relase so the door will not shut.

Using a screwdriver, place the screwdriver in the hook of the latch. Program the self clean and when it starts the self clean pull out on the hook and hit cancel on the self clean. This should allow the motor to operate and make sure that you quickly release the latch when it starts moving.
