The door closing will intermittently cause the unit tray to rotate after the door is opened. In looking at the switches activated by the door, there are three (3) switches, but I see only two (2) shown in your diagram. Shown is a door sense and a monitor. Which is the most likely causing the problem. Note: the microwave operates normally after the door is shut positively, that is, "forcefully closed".

Answer Hello Chester. You need to test the switches and see which one is bad. You can test these with a multi-meter TJMA-DM1. If the terminal says NC, it should read closed from NC to COM. If it says NO, it should read open from NO to COM. Hope this helps.

When I close my MW door it sounds like that fan is running so I have leave the door open. I called your parts expert said that I need a new door switch and now I need to replace it but how do I get to where door switch is? Thank you for your help.

Answer Ali, You will have to pull the unit down from the cabinet and remove the outer cabinet of the unit. Once this is done you will see the latch assembly with the switches. The control panel will need to be taken off to install the switch.

It buzzes when the cooktop light comes on. And when the door is open and interior light comes on. Also, when the exhaust fan turns on.

Answer Hello Rebecca, The oven sensor is a part that is easily obtained and can be installed by turning off power and removing 2 screws that hold the sensor in place. Disconnect the wires and install the new part.

I tested the 3 door switches for continuity for the microwave model indicated. The tests indicated the switches are good. Yet the microwave turns on when the door is opened.

Answer Hello Rondo. You need to look at the terminals on the switchs. NO to COM should read open and NC to com should read closed. There is a switch that is bad in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
