I have an illustrated pictorial instruction sheet on how to remove the warming drawer. I cannot post it in this format, so if you could provide an e-mail address, I can send it to you in the attachment. The instructions are as follows:
1. Pull the drawer straight out until it stops.
2. Pull up on the left drawer tab while pushing down on the right tab to release drawer stops.
3. Pull drawer straight out to remove.
