Broil button flashes "HI" then "LOW" non stop. Push clear then it happens again. Turn on over to Bake and once broil button starts beeping it shuts down the baking. Think I need to replace electronic panel?

Oven goes through pre heat cycle and then turns off. Oven does heat. Push several random buttons on the pad and it will go through the preheat again. Turning off and on the circuit breaker will sometimes keep it from shutting down.
