I've just replace the touch pad on my GE oven but still no display even not the time. It seems like no power flows through control unit and touch pad. the model number is JCT910SASS The oven light is on when door open. Is it any fuse or a separate breaker.? How will I recognize the outlet cable and how can I check the control board?

13 year old wall oven, moderate use. Beeped and displayed an "F7". Turned off for 30 minutes and even turned off circuit breaker overnight. Still beeped and displayed an "F7" after about 20 minutes. Removed and reinserted the flat wire between the control panel and the control module. No beeps! Then worked for about 30 minutes into baking a cake, then beeps returned and displayed an "F7"! What needs to be replaced? The control panel or the control module? Or Both? Or the whole oven? Am thinking heat is the main problem. But heat is what ones gets in an oven. Your advise please.

I have no clock display, checked the 2-50a breakers, they are ok, I have 110v power to the Oven Light, so I think the clock control board is bad, how do I disconnect the Ribbon Cable from the back of the clock control board, please? I see this little plastic piece that moves backward from the connector, but it still keeps the ribbon cable from coming out. Help please! Thank you !
