Yes, Have oven that is 15 degrees off in both ovens. And recently receiving F7 messages on control board. Control panel seems fine when pressing controls. My question is it most likely that this oven control causing issues. What about the sensors. They ever go out?
The F7 error code is an indication that there is a shorted matrix or start key. This can be determined if problem is with the keypad or control panel by disconnecting the ribbon cable and power up the control. If no F code then the problem is with the key circuit. If still F code then the control board is faulty. If this only happened 1 time could just be a keypad stuck and has freed itself. You can test the oven sensor to see if it is good. The sensor should read about 1100 ohms at room temp. This is plus or minus 10 percent.
I need the installation / wiring instructions for the erc replacement board for this model oven. ERC part # is: WB27T10282
Answer Hi. Remove power. Open doors and remove the side mount screws. Slide the cabinet out a couple of inches. Remove the lower control trim. Remove the control panel screws. Lift the console up and off the face of the unit. Use a cell phone to take a picture or note all connections on paper before removal. You may need to pull the unit out and rest on 2-wooden sturdy chairs for support. Remove the top panel if needed. This will give better internal access to the wires and then make sure that the supply line wires on the terminal block is tight. Use another nut on top of the terminal post to lock the snug the first one down. ERC control part # WB27T10282. Thank You.
