Answer Pat, You will want to check the drain pump to make sure that there is no clog. The failure will most likely be either the drain solenoid or the motor.

Answer Hello Milt. It could be a bad wire or the timer WD21X10056 could be bad on the unit.

Answer Hello John. The heater WD05X10009 should read closed for continuity, which is what you are seeing on the analog meters. Sounds like the heaters are good. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Pedro. Check and make sure nothing is next to the heater and is melting in the unit. Also, make sure the element is not burnt into on the dishwasher. If something has melted onto the element WD05X10009, you will need to replace the element in the unit. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Richard. First disconnect the power going to the unit. Then pull the unit out about 6 to 8 inches to access the wires and nuts for the heater assembly. Remove the wires and nuts, and lift the old heater out of the dishwasher. Reinstall in reverse order. Hope this helps.
