Like most. If I can repair this myself in a cheaper way why not! First my freezer was making a loud noise, so I check the fan in the freezer and noticed it was pushed all the way back. Once I moved it forward the noise stopped. However, now it runs but then eventually stops after 30mins or less. If I change the temperature of the refridgerator from warmer to coldest the fan motor will start up again and run for a few minutes but then just shut off. Is this a sign that I need a new fan motor or possibly something else?

My fridge is cool but not cold even set at maximum cold setting. About a week ago some items were freezing on my top shelf in the back so I turned it down. Normally I keep freezer on 9 max coldness & fridge on 7. I turned to 5 & have since turned back to 7 & even 9 but cannot get it as cold as normally is at. What could be the cause & what part numbers do I order? Thanks!

The fridge has recently started making a loud sound, as if the fan were hitting one of the surrounding pieces. In addition, at one point it started to smell like burnt rubber. I have inspected the motor and it works fine and the sound stops when I reposition the fan. Can you please advise as to what could be the problem. Thank you.
