slow agitate
Big Head Daddad for Model Number wlre4500g0ww
Answer Hi Big D. Remove the front panel. Look at the top of the motor. You should see a green LED flashing light on the top rt. side of the motor circuit board. Record and let me know the count per seconds of the flashes. If it is a 2-second count over and over, then take the agitator out of the inside basket and See if the transmission top tub nut is loose. If so then you use a little bit of blue loctite part # F8283401 on the threads to hold it tight. Thank You.
What does part no AP4363145 actually do? Can this part be affected if the power supply fluctuates drastically? Could it cause the inverter board status indicator code to read "locked rotor" when the rotor is not locked? I live in Tanzania, East Africa and our power fluctuates drastically. I have used my washer for only 11 months. I am definitely buying a regulator when I get this problem fixed.
Jerry W. for Model Number WISR106DGDWW
Answer Hi Jerry. The line filter is used to remove surrounding electrical interference from affecting elect. parts. If you are having the motor green light flash 6x, this means you need to make sure it is freely turning. Is there any clothes stuck inbetween the inner / outer basket causing the basket to stop agitation or spin? See e-mail instructions. If you locate the tech. sheet supplied on the inside cabinet in a packet, it will allow a field service test to aid in diagnostics. Motor part #WH20X10072. Resister part # WH49X10043. Thank You.
