Answer Hello Karl, You would want to install an dispenser water tube heater WR49X10173 due to water line in door being frozen. It will normally take a couple of days to thaw once you install the part.

Answer Hello Tom. If you installed a new union WR02X10471 and it is leaking, it sounds like the water lines are not pressed into the union far enough and that is causing the leak in the unit.

Answer Hello Mike. If you already have the old one off the water line, you will just press the new union WR02X10471 onto the lines uinitl it bottoms out and locks into place.

Answer Hello Rick. You will need to press in on the plastic compression fitting on the connector to release the water line. When pressed in, the water line should pull out. Hope this helps.
