Answer Hello Billy,
To access the light socket, it will be necessary to pull the compartment separator apart to get to the wires. If the bulb will not come on then try to tighten a little more. Some of these units you have to tightened and then try to tighten a little more because it has a ridge to get past. To access the drain you would go access this through the back wall of the freezer compartment. Once you have wall removed the drain trough is below the evaporator.
Will a clogged drain pipe cause it to have water under drawers and on floor?

How do I install it?

Answer Hello Neal. You will need to remove the bottom floor from the freezer and remove the drain trough WR17X2283. Once removed, you will remove the old drain funnel by pulling it out and press the new funnel into place in the hole. Use the parts diagram to help you replace the funnel. Hope this helps. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/partsearch/model.aspx?model_id=224300&diagram_id=29508237
