Does that fuse work for only the under light and fan? Where is it's location on the microwave?
Answer Hello Jean. No, the fuse is for the whole unit. If just the lights and fan does not work, then it sounds like the control board is bad and will need to be replaced. Hope this helps.
This is only a fuse for the fan and lights above the stove. Not a heating fuse.
Answer Jean, part number WB27X7 is the only fuse the manufacturer offers for your appliance. There is however, a diode part number WB27X1160. If you are having heating issues and unsure which part you are needing you may visit our free repair forum. Here is the link, thanks! http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/
GE combo microwave and oven below...the micro just stopped heating but the control panel still displays time etc...is it the 15amp fuse and where do i locate it? the door panel switch checks good..
Answer KWS, If the display is still functional, No, it's not an open fuse. Your issue is most likely in the High Voltage circuits or components. You need to be extremely careful when you start checking the wiring and components. Thanks and Good Luck
