Seems to be a lot of steam escaping at the top of the door. I have a small amount of water dripping from the front lower right side of the door. I'm thinking the seal needs replaced as the Dishwasher is almost 10 years old.

If steam is escaping from around the door and not through the vent then you would want to replace the seal. You may also want to check your spray arms to ensure not clogging or damage to the spray arms that would divert the direction of the water spray. This would cause rippling of the water which would cause the leaking at the bottom of door.
The black rubber gasket around door (3 sides) fell off. Can I just put it back on? Does it need any glue?

The door seal that goes around the three sides of the door requires no glue. I do recommend that if it is one that is made identically from one side to the other, to flip it over and put the fresh side toward the door liner.
Part number is 3425307. Is this gasket glue on or push on?
